Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: January 2026 • Effective for PointScheduler and Tech Miss3 Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PointScheduler (web application, clinician mobile applications, and guardian interfaces) or engaging services provided by Tech Miss3, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you represent a clinic, child development centre, hospital, or enterprise, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Platform & Services

PointScheduler provides healthcare scheduling, multi-specialty session management (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Physiotherapy), room allocation, standardized billing, SOAP therapy notes, and role-based operational oversight for pediatric clinics and rehabilitation centres.

3. Trial Subscriptions & Commercial Terms

3.1 Introductory Trial: PointScheduler may offer an introductory evaluation trial (such as a 7-day trial at ₹99). The trial allows access to scheduling and management features to evaluate clinical workflow fit.

3.2 Commercial Subscriptions: Ongoing access is provided via monthly or annual subscription agreements. Invoices are issued with GST compliance as applicable under Indian commercial regulations.

3.3 Cancellation: Clinics may cancel subscriptions at the end of their active billing term with no punitive exit fees. Data export assistance will be provided as outlined in Section 6.

4. Clinic Responsibilities & Role-Based Access

Subscribing clinics are responsible for:

  • Assigning appropriate Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) tiers to their clinicians, therapists, and front-desk personnel.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of credentials and two-factor authentication tokens.
  • Ensuring necessary patient or guardian consent is obtained for session documentation and pediatric clinical records.

5. Clinical Practice & Medical Disclaimer

PointScheduler is an administrative, operations, scheduling, and billing management software platform. It is not an automated medical diagnostic tool or emergency dispatch system. Medical, therapeutic, and diagnostic decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of certified practitioners and clinic leadership.

6. Data Ownership & Portability

Subscribing clinics retain full legal ownership over all clinical records, therapy goals, patient master records, and financial books entered into PointScheduler. Tech Miss3 acts solely as a data processor. Clinics may request an export of their database in structured spreadsheet or JSON format at any time during active service or within 30 days of subscription termination.

7. Intellectual Property

PointScheduler, the PointScheduler brand, system architecture, database schemas, interfaces, source code, and design tokens remain the intellectual property of Tech Miss3. Clinics are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the software during active subscription periods.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
